Led by Professor Flavio Kenup, a distinguished instructor with over 30 years experience, our academy embodies the rich traditions of BJJ. Flavio’s unparalleled expertise and passion shine in every class, shaped by his journey learning as a youth in Teresópolis, Brazil to helping build a world-class jiu jitsu program in the UAE, he now shares his knowledge in Virginia.

Kids Classes

Kids classes are age specific to better serve our younger students. We are proud to offer:

Kid Warriors (ages 6+)
Juniors & Teens (ages 10+)
Little Champions (ages 4 & 5)

Price: $130 per month (no contracts!)

Adult Classes

We welcome all adults and no experience is needed to get started. Our adult classes serve all levels of jiu jitsu through a flexible schedule to better meet the needs of our students.

Price: $160 per month (no contracts!)

Women Jiu Jitsu Self Defense

While women are encouraged to attend all adult classes, we offer select classes to help introduce women to the world of jiu jitsu and help build self defense.
